Cookies on a Stick
Mix together:1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter or margarine softened
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix these dry ingredients, then blend into above until all is smooth:
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Insert 10 Popsicle sticks in to soft centers of 10 bit sized candies of your choice:
Milky Way, Musketeers or Snickers.
Knead the cookie dough until it looks like play dough. Roll the dough into a log and divide 10 times. Cover each candy on a stick with a section of dough.
Bake 5 cookies per sheet as they flatten on all sides. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes until starting to brown. Let them cool before moving the cookies off the cookie sheet.
If desired, package in a plastic bag and tie a ribbon around the bag and stick! Great for bake sales.

Sugar-free Chocolate
Bars
In a small bowl combine:
4
tablespoons unrefined coconut oil (melted)1/4 cup agave
Then stir into the above:
1/2
cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Stir, stir, and stir until it gets thick. (I have no idea
how thick it should get. LOL)
Finally I scooped it out onto wax paper.Put into the refrigerator or freeze until it gets solid,
then cut into desired shapes (smaller pieces for chocolate chips!)
You may also add nuts or extracts such as mint and etc.
Toss into a good blender:
1/2 Cup water (for enough moisture)
1 peeled orange (torn into sections)
1 peeled banana
1/2 - 1 Cup yogurt (I use plain Greek yogurt)
2 very large handfuls of spinach
2-3 handfuls of ice (amount depends upon how cold you like your smoothie)
Blend at desired speed for your blender. This fills 2+ tall glasses. If you like it a little bit sweeter, just drop in a little bit of Agave.
